was conducted.

By selling direct to you, without dealers, we are now in an even better position to control the
quality of the service you receive, and as you will see, recent
Customer Comments
from buyers who purchased direct from Spa World, tell us that we are delivering a perfect service,
every time.
64% of customers surveyed by Monarch could not suggest ways to further improve product or
service.
Of the 36% who did suggest improvements, many suggested extra literature and information regarding
water maintenance.
As a result, we have now produced a standardised handover document with additional instructions on
general care and maintenance, as well as a water care guide and trouble-shooter.
Unexpectedly, the most requested improvement was for an easier-to-operate drain valve.
Again, we have listened to our customers and sourced a better, easier to use drain valve that is
now fitted to all UK products.
Its great to know that we listen to our customers...
